Abstract
This research aims to identify the role of interactive groups which are being formed in Al-Aqsa University to help administrative work leaders in decision-making in an easier way and without any side impacts. To accomplish this goal, the researcher used the descriptive analytical method. A questionnaire was designed to measure the opinions of the University officials about this issue. All 40 officials at the University Council received the questionnaire. 35 out of them responded with feedback and the total correct questionnaire forms were 30. One of the most important findings of the study is that there is a statistically significant role (α <= 0.05) for the social characteristics arising from the formation of these groups in decision-making at Al-Aqsa University. It is possible to get use of these groups as a new method of administrative decision-making in a creative way. The researcher recommended to make maximum benefit from the available technology and the Internet to improve the overall performance of the University. The administration should use new standards to develop decision-making methods in this area reinforced with new items for performance evaluation. Also, it was recommended to use the interactive groups for the University's self-evaluation of overall performance and execute opinion pollings as well.Downloads
