الملخص ضوابط الفتوى، في ظلتزايد الفتاوى الشاذة المعاصرة دراسة أصولية – تطبيقية يهدف هذا البحث، إلى بيان أهمية وضع ضوابط للفتوى، في ظل كثرة الفتاوى الشاذة، في واقعنا المعاصر، وهيتربط بين مبحث الفتوى، والذي يعتبر من مباحث علم أصول الفقه، وبينالحاجة الملحة، لضرورة التزام المفتين، بضوابط وأدلة الشرع الحنيف، ومقاصده العظيمة، وخاصة مع ظهور الكثير من الفتاوى الشاذة، والتي باتت تظهر آثارها، على أفراد المجتمع كافة.جاء هذا البحث، في مبحثين، أتحدث في المبحث الأول، عن مفهوم الفتوى لغةً وشرعًا، وأدلة الفتوى، والمبحث الثاني،عن انضباط الفتوى، وتطبيقاتها المعاصرة، مع ذكر نماذج من الفتاوى الشّاذة المعاصرة، ومالها من أضرار، ثم خاتمة بأهم النتائج. الكلمات المفتاحية: الفتوى, ضوابطها, تطبيقات معاصرة. Abstract Controls of Fatwa , in light of the increasing ofcontemporary anomalous fatawa. Fundamentalist appliedstudy. Praise be to Allah, and prayers be uponProphet Muhammad and his family and all his companions. In light of scientific and technological developments, many of the issues, which need to fatwa clearly, from the scholars of the nation. This fatwa helps people go with the right Islamic path. In contrast, wrong and false fatwaappeared , but they don't approach the way taken by the Companions, and the scholarsof the nation's ancient and contemporary. These fatawa abused Islam and Muslims. The research istwo sections, I amtalking in the first section ,aboutthe concept of the fatwa linguistic and from point of view of Sharee'ah, and the proofsof the fatwa.The second section ,I am talking about controls of the fatwa and its applications, with examplemodels of anomalous contemporary fatawa. I end the research, with the conclusion and the main results.
