Degree Directorates of Education's commitment to the principles of strategic planning from the viewpoint of its employees

Abstract

The study aimed to identify the degree of Directorates of Education's commitment to the principles of strategic planning from the viewpoint of its staff. The study population is from the (7065) workers from working in the Directorate of Education in Abu Dhabi region in the academic year 2015/2016, while the study sample consisted of (370) were chosen simple random way. And followed a systematic study descriptive survey. And it used a questionnaire prepared for this purpose. Results of the study showed that the degree of commitment to education directorates to the principles of strategic planning from the viewpoint of their employees came highly, and noted the results as well as to the lack of statistically significant differences at the significance level (@ ≤ 0.05) among workers estimates due to gender and experience. The study recommended building an integrated system; to develop related to strategic planning concepts, which all directors of education involved in the light of the results of the study, and stand on the difficulties faced by the degree of commitment to represent directorates of education principles of strategic planning. And so by official bodies and work to overcome them, and support workers in the construction and development of those strategies without obstacles, and broaden the base of participation in the preparation of strategic plans, to include all workers in the departments of Education, the local community and its institutions, and work on forming a strategic planning team.
