The Impact of Total Innovation Management on Organizational Development in Jordanian Small and Medium-sized Industrial Ccompanies
Abstract
This study aimed to identify the impact of total innovation management on organizational development in Jordanian small and medium-sized industrial companies. The population of the study consisted of all workers in supervisory positions in Jordanian small and medium-sized industrial companies and the sample consisted of (321) employees who were choosen based on a simple systemic random way. The study used the analytical descriptive quantitative methodology and a questionnaire was used as the tool for data collection. Then, the data was analyzed using the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS). Percentages were used to measure the frequency distributions of the characteristics of the sample members, while means and standard deviations were used for the measurement of the mean and the extent of dispersion. Also the histogram was used to show the distribution of the data. Then, the study used multiple and simple regression to test the hypotheses. The results were statistically significant for the impact of all the dimensions of total innovation management combined on organizational development. The study recommends companies to adopt total innovation management as a tool to increase the effectiveness of organizational development, as it is a determinant of organizational development by applying strategic, managerial, technical and marketing innovation. The study also recommends conducting further studies on the impact of total innovation management on organizational development in other economic sectors.Downloads
