The Future Vision of Women Leadership from an Islamic Perspective

Abstract

The study aims to identify the extent of the future vision with by time management and its extension to the ethics, in addition to identifying the most notable foreign theories which discussed the future vision matter and the Islamic perspective. Content analysis method through analyzing the theory of leadership and linked it to verses of the Holy Quran and Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) hadith and the Islamic Heritage of scholars. The most import result is the vision links the future aims with the reality which indicated that its connected to time management needs. as the results shows that some of the Islamic Leadership models leaded to that the Muslim leaders were keen regarding time, its management and organization, therefore, they left this rare intellectual and scientific production, and forming a future vision needs to be linked with ethics, also the Islamic approach is keen to improve the leader vision by ethics discipline, building a nation and its leadership must be with a good intention leader nourishes from pure source and avoid the destructive deviant thoughts, and the pure source is just being committed to good conduct and urging people to it, as I explained the that one of the leader women characteristics is enjoying with good morals and discipline in addition to the eloquence, so that enjoying good presentation and guts at situations are forming a feminine wise leadership will be strong, claiming her rights within the frame of God legislations and moral approach as a symbol of pride and dignity.
