الملخص

استهدفت الدراسة الوقوف على دور شرطة الأحداث الأردنية في تسوية قضايا نزاعات الأحداث قبل صدور قانون الأحداث رقم 32 لسنة 2014 والنظام رقم 112 لسنة 2016 الصادر بمقتضاه وبعد نفاذه، مقاسا بعدد القضايا المسوية ومتوسطها الحسابي ونسب التغير فيها خلال سنوات الفترة 2012-20107 ، من خلال منهجها الوصفي التحليلي ، وأظهرت نتائجها أن دور الإدارة مدار البحث بعد نفاذ إطارها التشريعي في تسوية قضايا نزاعات الأحداث أفعل وأكفئ من دورها قبل صدور إطارها التشريعي. The Role of Juveniles Police Department in the Settlement of Juveniles Dispute Cases Prior to the Issuance of Juveniles Law No 32 in 2014 and the Order No 112 in 2016 that was Issued and made into Effect Accordingly by Dr. Yasar Ghassan Al-Thunaibat Al-Balqa Applied University Karak College Abstract This study aimed at recognizing the role of Jordanian Juveniles Police Department in the settlement of Juveniles disputes cases prior to the issuance of Juveniles Law No. 32 in 2014, and the order No. 112 in 2016 that was issued and made into effect accordingly. The Role was measured by the number of settled cases, the mean and rate of change during the period (2012-2017). The study adopted the descriptiveanalytical approach. The results indicated that this role of settlement of juvenile's dispute cases was more effective and efficient after the legislative framework has become into effect than that of the role before issuance of the legislative framework.
