Computer vision for placing terms and its publishing

Abstract

This research studies the possibility of applying the computer in placing terms, accepting and publishing,by awebsite dictionary. The Supposed dictionary is adatabase that explains meanings of Arabic terms, with aprepared list of contents that is stored,and it also shows the senonym, and antynom in English or french. This research is built on an introduction and two sections; the first is theoritical which shows the elements at work which are: the work team, information resources , dictionary topics, and the computing technique. The other section is applied, presenting aform for the dictionary representing as asketch which includes the elements of awebsite dictionary.
