The Relationship between Psychological Resilience and Marriage Compatibility among a Sample of Married Teachers (Predictive Study)
Abstract
This study aimed to identify the level of Marriage Compatibility and Psychological Resilience of married teachers according to the teacher gender, number of marriage years, and to reveal the ability of the Psychological Resilience to predict Marriage Compatibility. The study tools (Psychological Resilience Scale and Marriage Compatibility Scale) were applied to an available sample consists of 228 male and female married teachers. The study results showed that the level of Marriage Compatibility and Psychological Resilience of the sample was high, and there were no statistically significant differences in Marriage Compatibility due to gender, number of marriage years.
