The managerial empowerment level for the deans in Albalqa' applied university as their faculty staff see
Abstract
Abstract This study aimed to identify the managerial empowerment level for the deans in Albalqa' applied university as their faculty staff see. The study sample consisted of these positions "professor, Associate Professor ،assistant professor" in Albalqa' applied university, who are "803" members in the study year "2014-2015". The sample included (120) member from their faculty staff and they form (15%) Of this study. And the results of this study show that the managerial empowerment was medium, therefore there wasn't any significant differences according to the social variety, academic position, experience, age. According to these results the researcher recommend to work on spreading the culture of administrative empowerment among administrative leaders in Jordanian universities as a way of modern management contributes to the achievement of the objectives of the organization..
