The Impact of Transformational Leadership Dimensions on Creativity among Employees of the Interior Ministry in the West Bank

Abstract

This study aimed at determining the impact of transformational leadership dimensions on innovation among employees of the Interior Ministry in the West Bank. The descriptive approach was followed by applying a questionnaire on a sample of (182) employees. After data collection and analysis, results indicated the availability of the dimensions of transformational leadership and innovation in the Interior Ministry in the West Bank and showed an impact of transformational leadership dimensions on innovation in the Interior Ministry. The researcher recommended that the Interior Ministry should recognize the importance of transformational leadership as a prime source of creativity, striving towards its employment to achieve consistent and continuing creativity in the Ministry.
