Abstract

Problems Facing Working Women in the Karak Governance in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan The study aimed at recognizing the problems facing working women in the Karak Governance To achieve the aim of the study self administrated questionnaire was used to collect the data. It was developed and distributed to a sample of a (566) Questionnaire were distributed in, (443) out of them were found fit for statistical analysis. The Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS.16) was used to a analyze the data of the questionnaire. The most important findings of this study were the following: The most important findings of this study were the following: 1. There is problems facing working women in in the Karak Governance at high degree. 5. There are significant differences (α≤0.05) in the perceptions of problems facing working women in the Karak Governance attributed to (academic qualification, age, and experience) variables. The study recommends that the Ministries of Jordan of Health to give greater importance to the problems facing working women and increasing their participation in decision-making, and the holding of training and educational courses, which lead them towards to alleviate these problems.
