Abstract

The importance of African people letter for Hisham bin Abdul Malik is related to the fact that it was the only witness of the African complaint about that policy and the governors of the Umayyads and their workers. The sender of the letter was able to start revolution in their country, thus tightened their grip on the region later in a specified period of time, and they removed all manifestations of Umayyad rule. The current research assessed the message from both objective and technical aspects. The study tried to stand on the injustices African workers suffered from Umayyads policy, how they dealt with these injustices, and their reactions to it. The study also tried to show the role of technical consciences, and style of the condition, and saying to express the people of African suffering
