The Political Dimension of China-Arab Relations and Future Prospects

Abstract

This study aims to develop the Arab-Chinese cooperation in the areas of security in order to achieve balance with the American and European presence. It attempts to shed light on China's assistance to Arab countries in the development of industry and technology in the Arab world, which led to an economy growing. It also sheds light on ways to develop political, cultural and social Sino-Arab relations and how to activate the role of the two civilizations of China and Arab in the face of the challenges of globalization and to promote understanding between the two parties. The study tries to answer the following questions: what are the limits of Chinese policy towards the Arab countries and what are the interests of Arab expected that China may support under the existing problems in China-Arab relations The study used the approach of the national interest which is linked to the theory of power, as that power is the goal for foreign policy makers.
