The Semi-Essentials In Arabic

Abstract

The grammatical elements were divided into two categories: the Essential and the Complement. The research reviewed these two groups with new finding emerged. The new results mentioned in previews studies, however, these researches do not named yet. For that, this research has categorized these new finding and entitled as (Semi-Essential). The new term explained as when the complement take all or parts of the essential's function, in terms of the semantic and the form, or the semantic only. Moreover, the researches states that the semi-essential alternating the essential in seven main events, besides, the semi-essential doesn’t alternate the essential in six occasions. The study relied on the linguistics statements throughout the different Arabic grammar stages
