Abstract

What is the Arab critical conception of the intellectual manifestations which may a poet say them one day? Philosophical verses or wise words, distant rhetorical images, or precise meanings, characterized with mystery and secret that we couldn’t understand it without to stimulate the mind and to interpret the meaning. And what is the position of the ancient Arab critics toward these manifestations, and their critical judgments on the poets who use such this intellectual glimpse in poetry. This is the way of this research who will show the general path of the ancient Arab critical intellect until the end of the fourth century AH, and its position toward the intellect in poetry, and its reason concisely without to disrupt the meaning.
