Determinants of the Professional Practice for Workers in Education Centers, and Rehabilitation of Juveniles

Abstract

This study aims at identifying the determinates of professional practice for workers in education centers and rehabilitation of Juveniles. The researcher used a comprehensive social survey method which included all (77) professionals working in education centers and rehabilitation controlled by the ministry of social development. To achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher designed a special questionnaire including (26) items, distributed to four parts. The Study reached the following results: -The bachelor level ranks first, followed by diploma and secondary education, respectively. -The Social services major ranks first followed by educational sciences major ranks first followed by educational sciences major. The job title "social supervised" ranks first. Nearly, quarter of Workers didn't get training courses. Third of Workers wok one place, where as the rest works in more than one place. - Delivering the Needed Consultation To Who Asks For Work Mater, Helping Acquiring workers with needed experiences for their work. - Low salaries, incentives and bonuses, UN clarity of job title, crowdness, job instability more work changes...etc.
