Features of Rural Heritage in Hasan Bakr AL-Aazzazi`s Poetry: Diwan “Uyoon Salma” A model

Abstract

The present study aims at knowing the features of the rural life in hasan Bakr AL-Azzazi`s poetry. In his poetry, one can observe some features of this life where the relation with the daily heritage of the simple local society is observable. In other words, his poetry expresses the life of normal people. The rural features were reflected in three main aspects: the image of the rural features, familiar sentence patterns, and used lexical items.
