Past Tense Syntactic Time “An applied study for some of the Conditional Sentences with the past tense in the Hadith of Prophet Mohammed peace be upon him”

Abstract

This study comes to reveal the mechanism of using the past tense, defining its time for verbal use, and whether the verb used remained confined in the time that was assigned to it in the grammar books, or did it transcend to another time due to the existence of verbal or moral clues that became attached to it and made it revolve in another time. The study will be applied on selected examples of the Prophet’s hadith that used past tense with some conditional sentences to show its role in extracting the past tense from its time to another time, as well as the verbal and moral evidence accompanying the past tense in the chosen models.
