Abstract

This study aims to defining the new role of philosophy under what societies know of changes that included all aspects of life, and if science leads in these changes, this is because of the gains made by man, according to which he managed to break into the world by all means not only for understanding it. It is also in order to exploit and control it, which has necessitated the presence of the philosophical system to review the relationship between man and his world represented in nature, and more precisely the need to the ethical accompany of philosophy in reformulating human relation with the environment in particular. In the latest research, we have concluded that the value of philosophy today lies in directing man toward his existential aims in respect of his existence and of assets as a whole, and in this role achieving the civilizational dimensions, the most prominent of which is their role in establishing and consolidating knowledge societies.
