Abstract

This research aims to study the impact of the nuclear agreement between Iran and Western countries in 2015 on Turkey's relations with Iran, as relations between the two countries worsened after Iran concluded the nuclear agreement, but that this tension in relations did not develop into a break between the two countries, as it returned Relations between them to normal after a short period, as this agreement contributed to raising Turkey's fears of Iran's regional aspirations, especially after the lifting of economic sanctions on it, but this did not last long, as cooperation and dialogue between the two countries prevailed, which eventually led to the occurrence of It is agreed by Turkey and Iran. The research reached the conclusion that, despite the conflict and competition between Turkey and Iran, the two countries were able to develop their relations in various fields, on the basis of a full awareness of the importance of preserving common interests and focusing on points of convergence, by adopting a new concept of relations The bilateral relationship between the two countries is based on the fragmentation of relations, which explains the existence of two contradictory trends that characterized Turkey's relations with Iran, namely conflict and cooperation at the same time.
