Abstract

There is no doubt that the Islamic legal sciences today are facing intellectual currents, great challenges, strong waves and persistent obstacles at the internal and external levels, especially in light of the digital globalization that managed to hold back the real role of many of the scholars and students of legal science. We have investigated the most prominent of these challenges, and we have represented them in three main axes, one of which is: Challenges related to students of Sharia science, and the second: Challenges related to teachers and jurists of Sharia sciences, and the third: It relates to the curricula prepared for students of Shari’a sciences. As for the methods of confrontation, they were based on three axes as well, one of which is: ways to face challenges among students of Islamic science, the most important of which are: developing the true desire for legal science from a young age, feeding it in old age, focusing on gender rather than quantity, discovering the faculties and talents, working to consolidate them. Second: Methods to confront the challenges of Shari’a science teachers, the most important of which are: sincerity of intent . In light of presenting real and assumed challenges and being subjected to statistical analysis and emptying those contents, it was found that more than 90% of the challenges mentioned in the research are realistic challenges experienced by students and professors of Sharia sciences in schools.
