Abstract

The tribal and tribal system constitutes the basic structure in Iraqi society. As the tribe witnessed various changes in general and as required by the interest of the tribe and its leadership in their continuity and sustainability of their presence and achieve their goals in various aspects of life, and the significant changes witnessed by Iraqi society in the current stage, led to fundamental changes at the tribal level through different loyalties and conflict of interests. A clear imbalance in the values and Sunnis adopted by the clan through unrecognized methods by the clan, and the conduct of some extraneous leaders on the clan acts unrelated. ISIS have been come to the area.
