The strategy of distributing land uses in the city of Khalidiyah

Abstract

Most Iraqi cities suffer of the problems of urban variety , especially problems that are related to differences in the distribution of urban uses , and lack of process distributed according to the standards and scientific basis , to blend in with the requirements of the population and to achieve equitable distribution and ensures raise the functional efficiency and improve the quality of urban life , came the research study these uses in the town of Khalidiyah and their types and component spaces for ID passivity and be positive , which was manifested in the diagnosis of problems represented by the excesses , and the lack of it fits in with the criteria adopted in urban planning for the detection of poor distribution of land uses as a result of random urban expansion , so as to provide a strategy by which re- distribution of land uses and proportions according to the standards and sound science , until the year 2038 , adopted by the research on the rate of per capita land use and population projections to see how much the need for future space required adopted by the search of treatment , after placing a future vision of what will be the uses of the land that commensurate with the increase in population and distribution in order to achieve justice, the study concluded a set of conclusions and recommendations to improve the reality of urban land uses in the city.
