Geographical analysis of the phenomenon of functional and urban change in the Andalus and teachers neighborhoods within the city of Ramadi

Abstract

Usually express the dynamic characteristic of competing for the unit area built and not built by the force of attraction and expulsion, especially in the central areas and edges, which in turn leads to the process of replacement (replacement) functional and urban. The study aims to determine the quantitative and qualitative changes of the urban function of the land uses in the neighborhoods of Andalusia and teachers from 2010 - 2019 and to identify the causes and implications. In this study we have adopted a comprehensive field survey method and maps showing the uses of the land were derived from the mother map of Ramadi city using ArcMap10.4. The study found that the study area ranks second after the Central Business District in terms of importance. Often more than the rise of residential units as we found that the development of the neighborhood and the residential system led to the change in jobs and urbanization and the emergence of different service centers to serve the people of neighborhoods and neighboring areas until the cases of conversion and career change about 44% of c. A study area and determine the importance of housing and the speed of such a development region, which is served by the commercial and service center in the capacity of these neighborhoods. We also found that the warehouse street changed the internal composition of the neighborhoods of teachers and Andalusia functional and architectural, which ultimately gave the city and its various parts its own morphology.
