Abstract

Al-Anbar Governorate did not know any armed organization before 2003, except for some individual cases that did not produce an armed organization, such as we knew after the change. As for the American occupation of Iraq, it witnessed a proliferation of takfir organizations that pursued terrorism in order to achieve its goals, and whose declared goal was to combat the occupying forces and liberate. The country is out of its clutches, but inside it has been striving to spread its extremist ideology and establish its religious state. Anbar society, like all Islamic societies, is characterized by the proliferation of conflicts as a result of the spread of extremist ideas and religious fanaticism, which negatively affected the structure of society and the Anbar family, and this is reflected in its unity, cohesion, relationship with society and its integration into it.
