Abstract

Praise be to Allah, prayers and peace be upon the envoy with mercy and on his family . The Islamic law is the law of tolerance initiated for the benefit of the country and worshipers and that the Islamic religion is the religion of facilitation and not the religion of stress and that Islamic law either brought interest or ward off spoil, so popularized by the fundamentalists wherever there is interest then the face of God, the principle of pushing embarrassment or the property of ease and tolerance on which Sharia is one of the most important elements of God's immortal law. The following is a summary of the research (cold and its provisions in Islamic jurisprudence).
