Abstract

The study aimed to identify the problem of divorce in Bahraini society and its impact on the family and society, and the study adopted the social survey methodology because it reflects the quantity and quality data for the study. The study population consisted of all the divorced men and women in the Kingdom of Bahrain over the past 2009-2013m, and the estimated (6176) individuals, has been selected sample of the study purposely, and to achieve objectives of the study questionnaire was designed to detect the problem of divorce, the final sample consisted b (332) questionnaire, the study concluded that the most important factors leading to divorce is the means of technology work of women, violence, came Average in Bahraini society level, the study recommended the necessity of activating the role of governmental and private institutions in the Bahraini community by holding dialogue seminars on the verge of marriage to make them aware of the sanctity wedlock, and its importance to the stability of people's lives.
