The Psychological and Sociological Perspective for War Phenomenon

Abstract

The phenomenon of war is deep in history, even called by some the Mother of History. It has been explored in detail by philosophers, political scientists, historians, psychologists and sociologists. Therefore, different theories have been put forward to explain such a phenomenon, which has always imposed itself all over the globe the present study contributes to the building of the theories related to the outbreak of wars, especially from psychological and sociological perspectives. Thus, the discussion employs the psycho-analysis and social conflict views, often based on Darwinism and Dialectal Materialism.
