Abstract

This article is a presentation of the results of a research conducted as part of a research on French-speaking Algerian caricatures (Bedjaoui, Hardi and Lagoun 2016).It aims to draw, through a semiotic approach that allows to understand the process of construction of meaning, the characteristics of Ali Dilem's caricatures as media communication. The importance of the subject of research is at the level of the implicit, implied, and allusions conveyed, and which would deserve an observation and an analysis able to define the language, even the iconic speech of the Algerian cartoonist.
