The Ppsychological Aspect of Iirony in Contemporary Arabic Ppoetry: Mohammed Al-Maghout, Mahmoud Darwish, and Ahmed Matar, as Pparadigms.

Abstract

This study aims to clarify the concept of irony, and established its approach to cope with poetic texts and search for what it entails the psychology of its author, and his preparations that qualify him to be a real sarcastic. It also sheds light on the appearance of the "I" poet which represents his ego. The study, also, on the other side of the message of the irony, concerns the receiver /responder of the irony, from the psychological point of view also; it concentrates on the influence of the irony on all his feelings, and not only the feeling of laughter and mocking. It also concerns unrevealed goals of the irony that the receiver of the irony can expect in addition to its normal goal, which is mock. To meet this, the study used the lattice models of the three poets specified in the title, and tried to achieve a lot of written material that shows the relationship between irony and the psychological theories, and tried to discover psychologically the metaphysics of irony.
